These terms apply to your use of garwyntechnologies.com and to the services provided by Garwyn Technologies ("we", "us") in Panchkula, Haryana. "You" means anyone using this website or engaging our services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or accepting a quotation from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement with you says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

2. Using this website

The content on this website is for general information about our services. We keep it accurate and up to date, but prices, packages and features may change, and nothing on the website is a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content for commercial use without permission.

3. Services & quotations

All work is carried out according to a written quotation or proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Packages shown on our Pricing and Hosting pages are starting points; your quote confirms exactly what is included.

Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, new features, copywriting or photography, is quoted separately and only started once you approve it.

4. Your responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

• provide content, images, logos and information in good time;
• review designs and previews and give feedback or approval promptly;
• give us the access we need, such as to your domain, hosting or Google accounts;
• make sure you have the right to use any content you supply, and that it is lawful and accurate.

You are responsible for the content you supply and for the content you publish once you manage the website yourself.

5. Payment terms

• Website projects: 50% in advance before work begins and the balance before the website goes live, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Monthly plans (SEO, Local SEO, AEO/GEO, Google Ads management): billed at the start of each month.
• Hosting: billed yearly. Domain registration is billed separately.
• Google Ads spend is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.

We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, PayPal and international bank transfer. Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added as shown on your invoice. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work or services until it is received.

6. Project timelines

Timelines in our quotes are good-faith estimates. A typical business website takes 2–4 weeks, and eCommerce or custom applications 4–10 weeks, depending on scope. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time; delays on either side move the schedule accordingly.

7. Monthly plans

Monthly plans have no lock-in contract. You can stop with one month's notice, and move to a different plan from the next billing month. For SEO we recommend at least 6 months, because results build over time.

Search rankings, AI visibility and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms and competition. We work to improve them, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

8. Hosting & domains

Website packages include the first year of domain, hosting and SSL. After that, hosting and domains renew yearly at our standard rates. If a renewal is not paid, the service may be suspended and, after the provider's grace period, the domain may be released.

We aim for 99.9% hosting uptime, but brief interruptions for maintenance or provider issues can occur.

9. Cancellations & refunds

• Advance payments cover planning and design time and are non-refundable once work has started.
• If you cancel a project part-way through, you pay for work completed up to that point.
• Domain registrations and third-party licences, plugins or services bought for you are non-refundable.
• Hosting cancelled within 30 days of purchase may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled with one month's notice; fees for months already started are not refunded.

To cancel or request a refund, email garwyntechnologies@gmail.com. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.

10. Ownership & intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, ownership of the final website design and the content created for you passes to you. Until then, it remains ours.

Third-party items, such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and open-source code, remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show your completed project in our portfolio.

The content and design of this website belong to Garwyn Technologies and may not be copied without permission.

11. Third-party tools

Our work often relies on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google and WhatsApp. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and project details confidential and use them only to deliver your project. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

13. Training programmes

Fees, batch dates and the schedule for industrial training and internships are confirmed in writing when you enrol. Certificates and college reports are issued once the programme and its evaluation are completed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please talk to us.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing.
