Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?

Because a hidden price is a filter, not a service. If our starting figure is outside your budget you should know that in twenty seconds rather than after a forty-minute call. Published pricing also means we cannot quote different numbers to different buyers for the same scope.

Are these prices inclusive of GST?

No. All figures are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice.

What is the payment schedule?

Website builds are 40% to start, 40% at design approval and 20% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. There is no lock-in period on retainers beyond a 30-day notice.

What happens if the site does not hit the promised speed?

Every build carries a contractual Core Web Vitals target measured on Google PageSpeed Insights mobile. If we miss it at launch, we fix it at our cost before the final invoice is due. It has not been an issue, because the architecture makes it hard to miss.

Do you charge for hosting?

No. A static build runs on entry-level shared hosting you already own — including a Hostinger Single plan — or on a global CDN with a free tier. We will set either up for you and hand over the credentials.

Can we start with SEO on our existing site?

Yes, and sometimes we recommend it. If your current site is structurally sound but invisible, an SEO retainer returns faster than a rebuild. If it is a slow page-builder site, we will say honestly that SEO spend on it is partly wasted.
