1. Who we are

This website is operated by Garwyn Technologies, Panchkula, Haryana, India. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. Information on this site

Content here is provided for general information about our services. Prices shown are indicative starting figures, exclusive of GST, and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Performance figures — including load-time benchmarks — describe the standard we build to and results we have measured; they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome on your project until they are written into a signed proposal.

3. No search ranking guarantee

Search engines control their own ranking systems. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume or enquiry count, and any party who does is not being straight with you. What we commit to is the scope of work, the delivery timeline and the reporting cadence set out in your signed proposal.

4. Engagement, payment and cancellation

• Each engagement is governed by a signed proposal, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
• Website builds are invoiced 40% on commencement, 40% at design approval and 20% on launch.
• Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party on 30 days’ written notice.
• All figures are exclusive of GST, charged at the applicable rate.
• Third-party costs — domains, hosting, media spend, stock assets, paid tools — are billed at cost and are your responsibility.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, approvals and access in a timely manner, and for ensuring that all material you supply is accurate, lawful, and yours to use. Where the work concerns pharmaceutical products, final medical, scientific and regulatory approval of all published claims remains with your qualified personnel. We build to the claim framework you set; we are not your regulatory advisor.

6. Intellectual property

On receipt of final payment, all custom code, design files and content we produce for your project transfer to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and methodology. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work in our portfolio.

The content of this website — text, design, code and marks — remains our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, advertising networks, CMS services and analytics tools. Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not liable for their availability, pricing changes or policy decisions — including advertising account suspensions arising from platform policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question during the preceding six months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Panchkula, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
